ABOUT ME
I'm a hands on creative leader who has been lucky to work on brand experiences and campaigns at the meeting point of creativity and technology for some of the most exciting brands in the world.
I trained on the graphic design course at Falmouth and was proud to get a first while exploring the sweet spot around design, interaction and music.
On my move to London I was fortunate to get a job at Agency Republic at a time when they were on an award winning run. Highlights included working on Cannes Lions and D&AD award winning work and being lead designer on PlayStation for a number of years (and getting to play games pre-release!).
I continued to work on side-projects, including one that brought Spotify and Sonos into the agency as clients, and ended up as Head of Design running the design studio and responsible for the visual output of the agency.
At Critical Mass I’ve had a chance to dig into deeper journeys and help teams work on bringing brand distinctiveness and character across every step of an experience.
Most recently I’ve been working with Nissan’s luxury brand, INFINITI. I developed the account from routine website production into an award-winning global creative partnership spanning digital platforms, social content, design systems, physical experiences and AI prototypes.
Throughout my career, I have built and led multidisciplinary international teams. Helping people discover their strengths and progress from interns into senior creatives is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
The thread connecting everything is a fascination with where design, interaction and emerging technology meet, and how that intersection can create more beautiful, useful and human experiences.
